I am a Strong First certified Kettlebell coach (SFG1), and I teach “Hardstyle Kettlebells”. 

The Kettlebell is my personal tool of choice to both teach and practice movement, but why?

Because It’s versatile, easy to use, it works the entire body, and when used correctly I believe there is no better tool to practice human movement.

It also has the side effect of making you very very strong; and life is better when you're strong. 

Strength is a skill, and like any skill it requires practice...
