Origin story...
Born in the isolation of lockdown, Brooks Movement offered free mobility classes to keep everyone moving during the pandemic, to build a community in one of the oddest times in human history. After 6 months of training the community had grown, "Hips Like Butter" was a common catch phrase, and Movement Club was born. Five years in now and the community has grown, and with minimal equipment Movement Club has proven you can maintain & build the human body without leaving the house.

Education
Understanding how your body works is key to strength & mobility training. Through the workshops Movement Club will educate its members, arming them with the knowledge to build and maintain their bodies however they see fit. The topics will vary per workshop, always held online, and booked through the same booking system as the classes.
Weekly Chat + Q&A with Ben
Every Monday before the Mobility & Movement Class, Ben logs on at 9:30am for a 30min chat, to answer any questions, training or otherwise, that you might have.
Members have a choice of three tiers of membership. The product is exactly the same with all tiers, only the level of contact varies.
Designed for those who are happy to guide their own practice, and looking to introduce some strength & mobility work into their training.
This is designed for those new to strength & mobility training, or who need/want some guidance as to how to use their time efficiently. It includes a monthly 60 min personal training session with Ben, with programming.
The first session will consist of a full body mobility assessment.
